TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The driver is hereby instructed to deliver his load as directed by the client and no claim may be made against 220-JUNK for any damages resulting to driveways, underground services such as cables, drainage, trees, and telephone wires.
Once placed the bin must not be moved.
The client shall be liable for any damage or loss sustained in respect of the equipment delivered, including fire damage.
Do not over load beyond the edge of the bin.
If the following products are placed in the bin the following fees will apply.
- Fluorescent light bulbs $20 each
- Propane tanks $40 each
- Freezers $50 each
- Air conditioners $50 each
- Aerosol cans $15 each
- Paint cans $20 each
- Refrigerators $50 each
- Car batteries $30 each
- Car tires $15 each
If for any reason we cannot pick up our bin and we have to make another trip to the site there will be a $100.00 dry run fee.
All bins supplied by 220-JUNK Ltd. Remain the property of 220-JUNK. By hiring the bin you give 220-JUNK authority to take any necessary steps to enter your premises/property to reclaim our bins.
All payments must be made upon delivery unless stated otherwise. Failure to do so will result in debt collection costs.
Payment is due upon receipt of service. Outstanding accounts past 30 days will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month (compounded).
220-JUNK shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from waste removal services on either public or private property during the usual course of business operations.
220-JUNK reserves the right to charge back to the customer any handling charges related to overfilled bins and the disposal of unpermitted materials listed on the bins and website.
